By booking an appointment or using services at ZK Beauty Clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

ZK Beauty Clinic provides professional beauty and cosmetic services including, but not limited to:

• Cosmetic tattoo (brows, lips, eyeliner)
• Fibroblast skin tightening
• Advanced skin treatments
• Exosome therapy
• Tinting and threading
• Professional makeup services

Booking and Appointments

Booking: Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system. All bookings are subject to availability.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice may result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the treatment cost.

Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

Deposits: Some treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment with adequate notice.

Pricing: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honour the quoted price.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate medical history and health information
• Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect treatment
• Follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner
• Inform us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions
• Attend a consultation if required before certain treatments

Treatment Disclaimers

Results May Vary: Treatment results vary from person to person based on individual factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Medical Consultation: Our services are cosmetic in nature and are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have underlying health conditions, please consult your doctor before booking treatments.

Contraindications: Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions, pregnancy, or while taking certain medications. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if contraindications are present.

Patch Tests: For certain treatments, we may require a patch test 24-48 hours prior to the full treatment to check for allergic reactions.

Liability and Indemnity

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, you acknowledge that:

• All cosmetic treatments carry some degree of risk
• You have been informed of potential risks and side effects
• You release ZK Beauty Clinic from liability for adverse reactions caused by failure to disclose medical information or follow aftercare instructions
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services supplied again if the services fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of ZK Beauty Clinic and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

Photography and Consent

We may take before and after photographs of treatment areas for record-keeping purposes. These images will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
